 John MULLAHY (Glen Waverley) (09:59): Each year I have the privilege of presenting the Jan Kennedy Award to community-minded students from schools across the Glen Waverley district. It is always inspiring to see the leadership, generosity and civic spirit of young people in our community. I congratulate this year’s recipients Clare Zheng, Emmy Lin, Felix Phillips, Gabrielle Andrews, Asheeda Singh, Krisha Boyner, Loretta Nervosa, Mary-Elise Chia, Max Bader, Michael Bilton-Ruse, Olivia Phillips, Rose Belle, Sadisha Gunasekoura, Stephanie Konstantakopoulos and Zachary Korga. Each of these students has demonstrated a genuine commitment to their school communities, and they should be incredibly proud of their achievements.
