 Mathew HILAKARI (Point Cook) (09:49): Happy Diwali for everybody who celebrated. Melbourne’s west is multicultural and proud of it, and we are home to Diwali in Australia, despite what others might say. Diwali celebrates a triumph of light over darkness, good over evil. We light the candles, we decorate our homes and we celebrate with dance, music and so many sweets.
