Voluntary Assisted Dying Amendment Bill 2025
Introduction and first reading
That I introduce a bill for an act to amend the Voluntary Assisted Dying Act 2017 to improve the experience of voluntary assisted dying, to consequentially amend other acts and for other purposes.

Mary-Anne THOMAS (Macedon – Leader of the House, Minister for Health, Minister for Ambulance Services) (12:07): This bill amends the Voluntary Assisted Dying Act to improve patient access and the experience of voluntary assisted dying, bringing Victorian legislation in line with other Australian jurisdictions.
