 Pauline RICHARDS (Cranbourne) (10:13): On another matter, I was able to visit Cranbourne Primary School’s hub, which again gave me the opportunity to spend time with Shazia Khanum. Lots of the parents there are Dari speakers, and I am always able to bring one of the young women from my office who speaks Dari. We talked not only about the importance of the role that they play as parents and in many ways as community leaders but also again about the early parenting centre. Ms Blandthorn in the other place is very much looking after our early parenting centres. It is also supported by Lachlan Yeates, who is a terrific principal at Cranbourne Primary School.
