B’nai B’rith Courage to Care

Mr SOUTHWICK: Last week I had the pleasure of attending a breakfast to celebrate the 30th anniversary of B’nai B’rith Courage to Care. The Courage to Care team are devoted to educating young people on the dangers of racism, prejudice, discrimination and bullying. By running these education programs right across Victoria they teach people to be upstanders, not bystanders. As we have talked about banning the Nazi swastika, with very powerful speeches from members of Parliament from all sides, I think it is appropriate to recognise the great work that Courage to Care does in educating all Victorians.
