Legislative Council Petition: #768 | closes 18 July 2026

ruffy.lai@gmail.com started this petition

The petition of certain citizens of the State of Victoria draws to the attention of the Legislative Council that with ageing infrastructure in Victoria and lack of funding to fix this issue, many stations have become inaccessible for those with movement impairments.

The petitioners therefore request that the Legislative Council call on the Government to increase funding for public transport accessibility, construct compliant ramps and employ additional staff to aid disabled commuters.
