Issue:

This petition of residents in Victoria draws to the attention of the Legislative Assembly the need to stop lowering the speed limits of country roads and start fixing the Hazelwood to Boldings Roads between Traralgon and Churchill. This is a main road used by thousands of vehicles every day to get to work and for work (log trucks, other trucks, busses). There have been little to no accidents on this road in the last couple years.

Action:

The petitioners therefore request that the Legislative Assembly leave the speed limit on the Hazelwood to Boldings Roads between Traralgon and Churchill at 100km per hour.
