With reference to the HVP Plantations’ works in the Strzelecki Ranges, which fall under a section 69 agreement under the Conservation, Forests and Lands Act 1987:

(1) What measures has the Government put in place to ensure Mountain Ash and rainforests are being properly protected. 

(2) Has the Government received any correspondence regarding any alleged breaches of the agreement by planting non-native pine species in areas of Crown Land instead of planting only local indigenous flora.

(a) What has the Government done to investigate any alleged breaches.

(b) What determinations and/or actions has the Government delivered following any investigations.
