In relation to the aerial shooting of koalas at Budj Bim national Park: Considering the public interest in the koalas at Budj Bim National Park and the Government's previous commitments to transparency, why are all Freedom of Information requests months in arrears.

The Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) has received six Freedom of Information requests in relation to the aerial shooting of koalas at Budj Bim National Park.
DEECA currently has a large number of complex requests on hand and is working through a volume of requests, including the requests relating to the aerial shooting of koalas at Budj Bim National Parl.
