 The PRESIDENT (12:48): As far as Ms Crozier’s question to Minister Shing, I am going to review Hansard on that. I felt that in last few seconds of her substantive answer she might have answered the question. But there is every potential I could be wrong, so we will check that.

Georgie Crozier: Out of 3 minutes, the last couple of seconds is not good enough.

The PRESIDENT: As I said, I am a big man. I can admit that I could potentially be wrong from time to time.
