The Clerk: I table a letter from the Attorney-General dated 28 November 2025 in response to a resolution of the Council on 5 February 2025 on the motion of Mr Davis and further to the government’s initial response on 5 March 2025 relating to the Suburban Rail Loop risk register. The letter states that the Suburban Rail Loop Authority does not have a risk register in the terms described in the order and that the government has obtained an extract from the risk management database system to respond to item (2)(a) of the order. I further table this one document, together with the schedule of the identified document.
