 The PRESIDENT (09:36): I have received a message from the Legislative Assembly in respect of the Domestic Animals Amendment (Rehoming Cats and Dogs and Other Matters) Bill 2025:

The Legislative Assembly informs the legislative Council that, in relation to ‘A Bill for an Act to amend the Domestic Animals Act 1994 in relation to the rehoming of dogs and cats and the Cemeteries andCrematoria Act 2003 in relation to the placement and burial of animal remains and for other purposes’ the amendments made by the Council have been agreed to.
