As the CEO of Cultura, Geelong’s leading multicultural organisation representing over 80 different nationalities, Joy has led with vision, compassion and unwavering dedication. Throughout her career Joy has steered the organisation through times of change and uncertainty, always ensuring delivery of exceptional services to the wider community. Thank you, Joy, and I wish you a very happy and well-earned retirement.
