Adjournment
Ballarat Regional Multicultural Council
Joe McCRACKEN (Western Victoria) (09:54): Last week I was pleased to visit my friends at BRMC, the Ballarat Regional Multicultural Council, for the one-year anniversary of their placing of the peace pole. The peace pole movement started in Japan and has spread across the globe promoting world peace and an end to war and all the awful atrocities that go with it. I thank Suzanne, the wonderful CEO of BRMC, as well as board members and volunteers who made the day such a great success.
