Nepean Highway, Frankston, planning

David LIMBRICK (South-Eastern Metropolitan) presented a petition bearing 516 signatures:

The Petition of certain citizens of the State of Victoria draws to the attention of the Legislative Council that the Minister for Planning has decided to pre-emptively place an overlay on properties on the Nepean Highway, Frankston prior to any independent review by Planning Panels Victoria and decisions

The petitioners therefore request that the Legislative Council call on the Government to withdraw the overlay placed on properties on the Nepean Highway, Frankston by the Minister for Planning and allow due process to take course.
