Nuclear Activities (Prohibitions) Repeal Bill 2023

Introduction and first reading

David LIMBRICK (South-Eastern Metropolitan) (13:06): I introduce a bill for an act to repeal the Nuclear Activities (Prohibitions) Act 1983, to consequentially amend the Electricity Industry (Residual Provisions) Act 1993, the Mineral Resources (Sustainable Development) Act 1990 and the State Electricity Commission Act 1958 and for other purposes, and I move:

That the bill be now read a first time.
