Minister, why does Emergency Management Victoria continue to refuse to release the damning Safe Landings report when by doing so it is protecting and promoting one of the perpetrators of the abuse towards volunteers and women?

It is not something that is in my possession, and quite regularly in this chamber I get asked to release reports that I have no power to release. However, having said that, I am across the issues that you are referring to. I just want to double-check to make sure that I can give you an appropriate answer that is appropriate in all the circumstances.
