Dr RATNAM (Northern Metropolitan) (12:27): I move to introduce a bill for an act to amend the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2010 to prohibit the grant or renewal of petroleum titles that authorise petroleum activities to be carried out in the offshore area and for other purposes, and I move:
