Residents in the City of Port Phillip have raised concerns with me about land managed by VicTrack regarding the lack of proactive and regular land maintenance in terms of weed management, vegetation pruning and rubbish clearance. Can the minister please provide information on VicTrackâs complaints-reporting processes, reporting criteria and public response time frames for management of these areas?
