St Kilda PCYC
David SOUTHWICK (Caulfield) (09:39): ‘Empowering youth for life’. I cannot think of a better thing that we all should be doing right now, and that is the motto of the St Kilda PCYC. It was founded in 1947 by Mrs Olive Johnston as the St Kilda Boys Club, and that has been an engagement program ever since. This program and this group are desperate to expand their facilities. We want to work with them, and I encourage the government to work with them and the police to ensure we empower more youth to fulfil their dreams and tackle the youth crisis that we are all seeing at the moment.
