 Melissa HORNE (Williamstown – Minister for Ports and Freight, Minister for Roads and Road Safety, Minister for Health Infrastructure) (10:26): Walker Close Community Centre, the recipient of a $9000 grant from the West Gate Neighbourhood Fund, developed a number of workshops with a coral reef theme based on crochet in conjunction with Spotswood Primary School, and that has transformed the Louis Joel Arts and Community Centre into a magical underwater garden with crochet and artwork.
