 Jade BENHAM (Mildura) (13:30): Congratulations to Mildura author Nathan Carnie on his latest book The Night the Phones Fell Silent. Written with Marco Medici, it tells the horrific story of the night of 18 February 2006 and the Cardross six. Over 18 years on, the issues with road safety still have not been rectified, so hopefully this book will facilitate some change at that horrific site.
