That this house:

notes that:

Knox City Council’s kindergartens are closing;

Mornington Peninsula shire is assessing the viability of its kindergartens; and

these actions are due to the state government’s funding model;

condemns the Andrews Labor government, which promised free kinder, for a cruel hoax on Victorians.
