The petition of certain citizens of the State of Victoria draws to the attention of the Legislative Council the need to mandate the possession, public display and easy access of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) in public places.
The petitioners therefore request that the Legislative Council call on the Government to amend the Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008 to mandate the possession, public display and easy access of Automated External Defibrillators in public places.
