The inquiry examined the social and economic benefits of seeking to place disadvantaged jobseekers into sustainable employment. It found that some jobseekers lack access to opportunities and resources to improve their employment prospects and enable them to find and retain work. The Committee made 70 recommendations to alleviate these employment barriers.
