The fifteenth Committee was appointed on 22nd July, 1924. Alfred Chandler was appointed on 2nd December, 1924. Horace Richardson ceased on 18th November, 1924, to be a member of the Committee, having accepted office as a Minister of the Crown. John Billson, who was Chairman of the Committee from 28th July, 1924, died on 23rd December, 1924. Robert Solly was appointed Chairman on 2nd February, 1925. I. J. Weaver MLA, who had been appointed to the Committee on 7th May, 1924, was a member until the dissolution of Parliament on 28th May, 1924. Mr Weaver's place was taken on 22nd July, 1924, by Sir Albert Lind
