Immediately cancel the Delburn Wind Farm

The petition of certain citizens of the State of Victoria draws to the attention of the Legislative Council to the Allan Govenment's decision to bail out the defunct Delburn Wind Farm using State Electricity Commission of Victoria and taxpayer funds after costs ballooned from $320 million $700 million and private investors abandoned the high bushfire risk project.

The petitioners therefore request that the Legislative Council call on the Government to immediately cancel the Delburn Wind Farm and reverse the SEC Victoria funding due to a clear conflict of interest and unacceptable bushfire and financial risks.
