I thank the Member for Euroa for her question and interest in the Allan Labor Government’s commitment to making life easier, safer and more affordable for families in our regions.
Budget Paper 4: State Capital Program describes the Allan Labor Government's capital investment program. It provides an overview of new and existing investments that departments and government-controlled entities will deliver in the coming financial year with location data.
The following table summarises projects listed with a regional location in Budget Paper 4: State Capital Program excluding those projects with expenditure disclosed as ‘tbc’.

Economic infrastructure in Melbourne also has significant regional and statewide benefits. For example, the newly opened West Gate Tunnel has improved the efficiency of freight movements from across the State to the Port of Melbourne.
Labor Governments invest in capital projects, lead the nation in building new schools and upgrading hospitals. This is at risk if the Coalition is in power, because the economic policies announced will slash services, jobs and infrastructure spending in regional Victoria.
Over the past 12 years, the Allan Labor Government has invested more than $50 billion in regional Victoria. No matter where you live, every Victorian deserves access to the same quality public services.
