ANASINA GRAY-BARBERIO — To ask the Minister for Children (for the Minister for Education):
In relation to the submission from the Commission for Children and Young People to the Legislative Council Select Committee on the Early Childhood Education and Care Sector in Victoria that states 259 substantiated reports to the Reportable Conduct Scheme were not referred for a Working with Children Check review: What were the nature of these reports, broken down into the broad categories of —
(a) physical violence;
(b) sexual misconduct;
(c) sexual offence;
(d) significant neglect of a child; and
(e) behaviour that causes significant emotional or psychological harm to a child.
