Development of the site that Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV) has identified for a new fire station in Moe is dependent on the subdivision of the land, which is the responsibility of the landowner. When the owner completes the subdivision, FRV will finalise its purchase of one of the lots within the subdivided parcel.

Demolition of the existing buildings on the site is also being tendered.

The subdivision requires water, sewerage, and electricity services to be connected to each lot. FRV is working with the landowner to have these service connections constructed and installed. The sewerage has progressed and is nearing completion.
