This inquiry is looking at  issues related to claims made through the Transport Accident Commission (TAC), including processes around legitimate and disputed claims, circumstances and systems related to fraudulent claims, private provider discretion to set fees exceeding the Medicare Benefits Schedule rate and interactions with other services such as NDIS and how TAC clients have been impacted by federal reforms.
