VCE Role Play
Year 11 and 12 VCE Legal Studies students are now invited to participate in our VCE Role Play presentations. Students will debate the 2007 Upskirting Bill and gain an understanding of how a law is made, from idea to reality.
The VCE Role Play takes place in the Legislative Assembly chamber, and students are allocated the role of either a member or officer of the Parliament (e.g. Premier, Leader of the Opposition, Serjeant-at-Arms, Clerk). Students then follow a script based on actual contributions made during the debate on the Upskirting Bill in 2007.
The VCE Role Play is conducted by experienced staff members, and has been designed to address relevant units of the VCE Legal Studies curriculum.
