Submissions

Section 28(8) of the Parliamentary Committees Act 2003 provides for any person to make a written submission to the Committee.

The Committee advertised the call for submissions in newspapers throughout Victoria during September and October 2003.

Some submissions are available here in electronic form. Copies of the other written submissions are available on request to the Committee Office.
