The archive contains Bills from 1996 onwards. Explanatory memoranda for archived Bills are only available online from 2003 onwards.
The Bill Status List details the current status of all Bills considered by the Parliament this year.
Victorian Law Today contains all Acts and Statutory Rules that are currently in operation in Victoria. These are the updated versions incorporating amendments. You should look here to find the law as it is today.
Victorian Statute Book contains all Acts passed since 1851. These are the original versions of principal and amending Acts as they were passed and do not contain details of updates. Original versions of Statutory Rules are also found here.
