Inquiry into Property Investment Advisers and Marketeers

The Law Reform Committee was given terms of reference in relation to Property Investment, with the final report to be tabled in Parliament by 31 March 2008. The inquiry involves property investment and property marketeers, and the best way of regulating such businesses to protect consumers without placing an unfair burden on businesses.
