Inquiry into Forensic Sampling and DNA Databases in Criminal Investigations

This inquiry was in relation to the use of forensic evidence and DNA databases in criminal investigations, and what could be done to improve its usage. This reference was reinstated from the 54th Parliament. The terms of reference are identical to those of the previous inquiry, and submissions and evidence received by the previous Committee was used for the reinstated reference.
