The Council starts sitting at 9.30 a.m. and General Business takes precedence today.

(1)    Notice of motion in the name of Ms Wooldridge relating to a joint sitting to fill the vacancy in the Legislative Council;

(2)    Notice of motion in the name of Mr Davis relating to the Local Government regulations;

(3)    Order of the Day No. 3, resumption of debate of the Environment Protection Amendment (Banning Plastic Bags, Packaging and Microbeads) Bill 2016;

(4)    Order of the Day No. 2, resumption of debate of the Crimes Amendment (Carjacking) Bill 2016;

(5)    Notice of Motion No. 296, standing in the name of Ms Wooldridge relating to amendments to Sessional Orders;

(6)    Notice of Motion in the name of Mr O’Donohue in relation to a committee reference on fuel pricing in regional and rural Victoria; and
