Members and Staff The Committee has eight members drawn from the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly. It includes an independent member and representatives of the Liberal, Labor and National Parties.

Hon. John Pandazopoulos, MP (Chair)John Pandazopoulos was elected as the Member for Dandenong in 1992. He served on the Environment and Natural Resources Committee between 1992 and 1999. He was reappointed to the Committee as Chair at the start of this Parliament. John has previously served as Minister for Major Projects, Employment, Gaming, Tourism and Racing and as Minister Assisting the Premier on Multicultural Affairs. Prior to entering Parliament John served as a Councillor and as Mayor for the City of Berwick, and worked for the Finance Sector Union. |

Mr Craig Ingram, MP (Deputy Chair)Craig Ingram entered Parliament in 1999 as the Member for Gippsland East. He was a member of the Environment and Natural Resources Committee from 1999 to 2001 and was Deputy Chair of the Rural and Regional Services and Development Committee from 2003 to 2006. Craig has worked as a farmer and abalone diver. |

Ms Joanne Duncan, MPJoanne Duncan was elected to Parliament in 1999 initially as the Member for Gisborne and then as the MLA for Macedon in 2002 following electorate boundary changes. She has served on the Environment and Natural Resources Committee since 1999. Before entering Parliament, Joanne worked as a teacher, librarian and organiser for the Victorian Independent Education Union. |

Mrs Christine Fyffe, MPChristine Fyffe was elected as the MLA for Evelyn at the last election, having previously held the seat between 1999 and 2002. Christine served on the Environment and Natural Resources Committee from 2001 to 2002. Prior to entering Parliament Christine served as Commissioner in the Shire of Yarra Ranges, was a small businesswoman and co-owned and operated the Yarra Burn Winery and Restaurant. |

Ms Tammy Lobato, MPTammy Lobato was elected as the Member for Gembrook in 2002. Her grass roots involvement in issues concerning the environment, human rights and social justice led her to undertake a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Community Development at Victoria University. She continues this passion for community in her current role as a Member of Parliament. |

Mrs Donna Petrovich, MLCDonna Petrovich was elected as the Member for Northern Victoria in 2006. Before entering Parliament, Donna worked in the building industry as an administrator, estimator and sales manager. She has also worked in the Victorian Country Racing Industry. Donna has extensive local government experience. She served as a Councillor for the Macedon Ranges Shire Council for six years, including a term as Mayor. |

Mr Matthew Viney, MLCMatt Viney entered Parliament as MLA for Frankston East in 1999. In 2002 he was elected as MLC for the Province of Chelsea and in 2006, after reforms to the Legislative Council, was elected as MLC for the newly formed Eastern Victoria Region. Matt’s previous Parliamentary service includes the positions of Parliamentary Secretary for Infrastructure, Human Services and Innovation and Industry. Prior to entering Parliament, Matt worked in various community development positions, was Manager, Community Services at the Shire of Hastings (1977-86) and Managing Director of Viney Consulting (1989-99). |

Mr Peter Walsh, MPPeter Walsh was elected as the Member for Swan Hill in 2002. He has previously served on the Rural and Regional Services and Development Committee. Prior to entering Parliament Peter was a farmer, operated an irrigated horticulture and grain growing business at Boort and was State President of the Victorian Farmers Federation. |
