Inquiry into Functions and Administration of Voting Centres

The Parliament of Victoria’s Electoral Matters Committee has commenced an inquiry into the functions and administration of voting centres (including joint voting centres) giving consideration to issues of location, accessibility, participation and transparency.

The Committee invites written submissions from individuals and organisations addressing the above terms of reference.

The closing date for submissions is Friday, 28 May 2010.

All submissions are treated as public documents (and will be published on the Committee’s website), unless confidentiality is requested and granted by the Committee.

The Committee requires all submissions to be signed hard copy originals, and would also appreciate receiving an electronic copy of the written submission in Word or PDF format.
