Inquiry into Voter Participation and Informal Voting
Inquiry ContentsPursuant to section 33(3) of the Parliamentary Committees Act 2003, on 5 May 2008, the EMC self-referenced a new inquiry to consider and report to Parliament upon issues relating to voter participation and informal voting. The Committee invited written submissions on the terms of reference by Friday 27 June 2008. Public hearings were held at Parliament House, K Room, Victoria, on 23 and 24 July 2008.
