Education Office

The Education Office of the Parliament of Victoria ensures that the guided educational tours of Parliament comply with Victorian Essential Learning Standards (VELS), VCE Legal Studies and International Studies Study Guides (see tour bookings). We also develop and publish teaching materials and offer consultation for individual teachers in developing a civics curriculum.

Support is available for VCE teachers of Legal Studies, International Studies and Australian History.

As room is limited, bookings for Question Time can only be made for post-primary and adult groups. (see sitting dates) For bookings call (03) 9651 8568.

The Education Office also offers professional development activities to teachers at Parliament House and through subject associations.
