This discussion paper provides a general overview of some of the major issues pertaining to the Inquiry and can be downloaded in pdf format below (669 kb). The discussion paper was prepared by the Committee to stimulate discussion and to assist interested individuals and organisations to make written submissions to the Committee’s Inquiry. Submissions have now been received by the Committee and can be viewed on the submissions page.
The discussion paper does not exhaust all topics of potential relevance to this Inquiry. The Committee considered a range of issues raised in submissions and public hearings, as well as through on-going research, when preparing its final report for the Inquiry.
