Terms of Reference

On 11 March 2009, the Legislative Council established a 7 Member select committee on train services and agreed to the following terms of reference:

To inquire into the factors leading to and causes of failures in the provision of metropolitan and V/Line train services.

On 4 February 2010, the Legislative Council agreed to extend the Committee's final reporting date to May 2010.
