The Dispute Resolution Committee is established under s 65B of the Constitution Act 1975. Its members come from both the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly.
The provisions relating to disputes between the Houses about bills can be found in ss 65A to 65G of the Constitution Act 1975.
