Documents Tabled in the Legislative Assembly

Finding out what has been tabled

Summary

There are various ways to locate reports and documents which have been tabled.

What to do and where to go

Assembly Procedure Office.  The Office stocks reports and papers, so once these are tabled in the House they become available from this office, subject to stock.

Telephone:  (03) 9651 8563 to confirm if a report or document has been tabled and/or if a copy is available.

Votes and Proceedings.  These are the Assembly’s minutes. By searching the Parliament’s internet site you can view the daily and weekly votes to see what has been tabled.

Assembly Abridged.  A convenient daily summary of what has happened in the Legislative Assembly, including some details of documents tabled.

Hansard.  By searching Hansard using the Parliament’s internet site or the intranet site you are able to locate what has been tabled.
