Drafting a right of reply response
An application should be sent in writing to the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly, Parliament House, Spring Street, East Melbourne, VIC 3002. Unless exceptional circumstances exist (for example, serious illness or absence abroad) an application must be made within six months of the remarks being made.
