The Women Engaged in Leadership (WE Lead) program provides opportunities for women in Victoria to enhance their professional skills in leadership and learn more about parliament.
WE Lead has been held at Parliament House in 2019, online in 2021 and in Bendigo in 2023. Future programs are planned for 2024.

It was the first time the Women Engaged in Leadership program was conducted in regional Victoria.
More than 60 emerging and current leaders took part in our first WE Lead forum.
The forum was held at Parliament House in September 2019.
